For the mediation I create a respectful space in which my clients can openly reflect on their intra- and interpersonal conflicts. By using evidence-based methods I empathically guide them to reach a consensus.
I guide the opposing parties through their individual description of the conflict so they can reach a mutual understanding. After this initial understanding, the ground is clear to have a closer look on the conflict with its dependencies. On this basis, even unexpected solutions can arise and have a lasting effect.
